ICP designed chassis range
We already have a wide range of chassis in mass production including the Rack M230 and Pack Box range of wall-mount cases. All of these extremely popular chassis were designed in house by our experienced engineering team.
Custom design
We realise that our range of chassis will not always meet your specific requirements. We therefore offer a design service to create a chassis bespoke to you. We can use a chassis from our current range as a basis for your design, or can create an entirely new design to meet your specification. The MOQ for custom cases is just 50 pieces once samples have been approved.
Design process
Once a specification for a custom chassis has been agreed, we aim to provide initial drawings within 1 week, samples within 2 weeks of drawing completion and mass production within 3 weeks of sample approval. We call this our 1-2-3 of chassis design
Design options
Our options for chassis design are limited only by your requirements; however we can offer a number of standard customisations to our current range of cases including
- Multiple colour options
- Chassis branding options including screen printing
- Addition of knock-outs for extra I/O ports
For the design of a brand new chassis, we would require a full list of hardware that will be used along with the list of requirements for the case
Chassis manufacturing capability
If you have already designed a custom chassis, we can get it manufactured at very competitive costs with low minimum order requirements. All we would need from you would be the original dimensioned drawings in either 2D or 3D format.
