Returns Authorisation
If you believe you have a faulty product, please contact us on sales@icp-uk.com with the following information
- Your name
- Company name
- Contact details
- Product code
- Serial number
- Full details of fault
- Supply invoice number
Once we have received this information, we will contact you with an RMA number.
Please do not send goods back to us without requesting an RMA number first, as we need an RMA number to be able to track your return. Any products returned without an RMA number may be rejected upon arrival
