To ensure that we can maintain long term supply and support across our computing product range, we constantly monitor the components that we use within our products for revision changes and obsolescence. This minimises the potential for costly and inconvenient short term changes, and provides our customers with the peace of mind that their product, and the components within it, will be supported for the maximum possible term.

As and when components are eventually discontinued, we aim to give all affected customers ~6 months’ notice to give enough time for testing and approval of a suitable replacement. With the majority of our products having 5-7 year availability, fortunately these redesigns don’t happen too often!
